      I started working at Nahan almost 2 years ago and am glad I did. Owners are down to earth and committed to creating opportunities for employees Strong Team Spirit between departments Opportunity for advancement and Promotes from within Variety of shifts available, including part time Actual free Health care clinic - saves a bunch of money for my family Production floor is clean and air conditioned

      Some of the work is seasonal-Fall is usually busy and Summer tends to be slower

      Pros

      Benefits, great HR team always willing to help. Coworkers always willing to help. Fair with employees that come to work to do their jobs. Willing to write up employees abusing the system via absences or work ethics.

      Cons

      Wish bad employees could be weeded out quicker. They put in poor work ethics and talk bad about company with untruths. Busy/slow times in year
