Pros

Most of my co-workers were really great. Very easy to talk to both personally and professionally. The work was generally interesting

Cons

Management wasn’t the best, mainly since expectations weren’t always clear. Often times it could feel as if we spoke different languages if we didn’t have the exact same definition for certain terms, but no one ever thought to clarify until it was too late. I felt as if there wasn’t much opportunity for advancement, plus I didn’t find the pay and benefits to be very competitive considering how close the office was to NYC
