Pros

This company has incredibly ethical values and truly cares about it's employees. Generous compensation. Everyone high up in the company knows their employees by name, and that shows how much they truly value you on their team. There is incredible oppurtunity for growth within the company as it is rapidly expanding (I started when there were 22 locations - 4 months later, there are 30 locations). The work life balance is unmatched to any job I've had within this industry.

Amazing and talented people all around. Couldn't have asked for a better team to be working alongside. Everyone's energy bounces off each other and brings even the busiest workdays a positive outlook! Despite being a startup, driven by extremely high goals, everyone works extremely hard towards helping this company become the number 1 aesthetics provider in the nation and providing exemplary service to all of our patients that walk through our doors.
