Company is full with knowledgeable, passionate team members who love the beauty category. Company is growing and there is plenty of room for growth.

Cons

Not a con but you have to be ready to pivot and move quickly. This is a company that is growing and you have to be ready to roll up your sleeves and wear multiple hats.

Working here has been a really positive experience for me. The team environment is supportive, collaborative, and full of people who genuinely care about helping each other succeed. It truly feels like being part of a group that wants to grow together.One of the things I appreciate most is the opportunity for growth. There are many ways to learn new skills, take on more responsibility, and develop professionally. Leadership encourages development and recognizes the value of team members who want to improve and contribute more.Overall, it’s a great place to work with a strong team culture and opportunities to continue growing within the company. The people you meet, grow, and learn from. Can at least get med spa experience here.

Cons

-unless your not a “favorite” you don’t get good treatment from upper management. -terrible for annual raises. Sometimes they get as much as .50cent raises. -they lower prices to get people and clients in the door and give you a policy to never say “no” to any patients that want to get treated just so they can make money. They don’t care about employee health or well being. They are just operated on money only. It’s disgusting how they run there company and how they just want to make more and not pay there employees enough. -terrible benefits -they constantly are changing things and never give warnings -they watch you on the cameras and will even message clinics or call them to see what they are doing. Extremely weird. -claim they are a Christian company but don’t treat others with kind and respect. -they discriminate others all the time and I have witnessed it first hand. And do nothing about it.
