      Being in mobile development i have had projects which are very good and mainly concentrations on development and skill each one gains

      Place to learn , young environment, innovation is welcome.

      Cons

      Management not clear about goals, nobody is ready to take a stand, very weak leadership, every thing is high priority, too much of work pressure, they also do bad mouthing in market which was a big surprise for me.
