      Pros

      I'm a consultant working with Nalashaa for close to 2 years. This is unlike many consulting companies in USA. We do have the flexibility to choose the clients/locations where to work. They have a great sales team to help with finding the best consulting assignment. They have great HR team to support with Visa paperwork and Green card processing. Management is supportive of your career goals. I had a smooth exit when I wanted to move on to a different opportunity. Working with the offshore team was an excellent experience.

      Cons

      Innovation and product development is being encouraged in offshore team. I would appreciate if similar measures are taken for onsite consultants, as we have access to huge number of talented resources.

      No much, not good pay, very little projects

      Cons

      when i left, they denied me experience letter even after serving notice period

All information mentioned on the experience letter such as the job title, role and responsibilities have to be accurate.       Pros

      1. Company is very flexible and people are very friendly. 2. Management is very good and less politics. 3. Salaries are paid exactly in time without any delay.(Probably a day before if month ends in either Sat or Sun)

      Cons

      Career wise there is no much growth. (Mangers are always concerned about their projects and not about individuals career.)
