      Pros

      Just in one sentence "Fun at Work". If you are thinking it can only be in your dreams or in movies, you are wrong. It happens in Nalashaa. That's why we call it Funashaa. Indeed is a great place to work! The people who work here are wonderful: intelligent, ambitious, motivated, and perhaps most important - FUN!

      Pros

      Its not just an IT company. You will be getting options to improve yourself in all aspects. e.g (IT career, Health, Sports, Culturals.etc..). I assure you that you will have really great fun as part of your work as well.

      Cons

      Nothing for now. They are in the process of streamlining. Hope it will be far better than current.

      Pros

      As a sales professional most of us is worried about the pressure and target but here the management makes sure they give you enough time to settle down and then go behind targets. Feedbacks are absolutely fabulous and it helps you in growing as a individual. The work environment is awesome and people are friendly. It is strict NO NO to groupism and politics which is one of the key reasons this company will go places. Every body helps each other and appreciates hard work. No limits to putting your ideas as the management is open to it

      Cons

      As of now things are still getting streamlined and this will take some time. Once it is done am sure there is no stopping!!
