      Fun Working at Nalashaa

      Pros

      Flexible timings, WFH option and NO Variable pay. All management people are reachable and they are friendly with helping nature. Every employee can share their concerns with high level mgmt people like VP, Managers, HR Managers etc. Nalashaa always tries to provide a nice atmosphere to employees at workplace.

      They cheated on me !

      Pros

      They paid my salary on time . That was the only advantage I could think of now

      Cons

      They promised me GC processing and kept on saying that we are doing it.But even after 6 months I didn't get any update on my process, which just reflects their truthfulness .

      This review contains statements regarding Nalashaa and its business practices which are false, defamatory, and made solely for the purpose of causing damage to Nalashaa. In fact, Nalashaa is an upstanding software development and IT services firm with an excellent reputation. In order to avoid legal action, demand is made that these statements be removed immediately. Nalashaa has processed many Green Cards for our employees and I am not sure of any case where this has happened. I will be happy to clarify miscommunications, if any from our end.       Pros

      I can't think of any Pros really.Their were none.

      Cons

      They revealed/ added new clauses to the contract after I resigned from my old employer and used those clauses once I my contract project got over.

      Facts are misrepresented in this mail. All contracts and clauses are explained to the prospective employees before they join Nalashaa and the candidate signs the contract showing his or her acceptance to start with us.
