CEO has a great vision. Co-Workers are very friendly and professional. Unlimited vacation policy. Good benefits. Lots of rooms to grow and learn.

Cons

Start up company so you need to be flexible and need to have willingness to contribute to move project forward.

Hours, modest pay, great window views

Cons

Too far from/MFG Los Angeles. Much like a miniature CRO. Process Development and Analytical doesn't communicate with Manufacturing, making tedious tech transfers. Purposeless work culture.
