      Pros

      Unfortunately there aren't any pros to working for this place. If I said there were I would be lying to you.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. You mean nothing to them. There are no bonuses or incentives. They want you to work more with less.

      Pros

      Since joining NaphCare, I have felt very welcomed and have connected with my colleagues very easily. There seems to be opportunities for career growth as the company grows. They have several new sites but not growing at a pace that is hard to keep up with. Great work/life balance!

      They always need someone to cover their shift

      Cons

      The administrators, will not care for you!! If you need the administrator to have your back they won't do it!! they won't help you out. You cannot be late at all because if you are 1 min late you will get a write up. You can't trust anyone there, there is lack of communication No growth!
