      -Good work/life balance -Many applications needed for daily work are managed in-house -Low turnover rate in IT departments. Employees tend to stay for multiple years - and have sometimes returned after leaving the company to work elsewhere -Opportunities to learn new skills on-the-job -Interesting, niche field -Friendly management and colleagues -Positive culture

      -Low career growth potential in IT (due to low turnover) -Low level of support and training for new employees by leadership -Operations and healthcare employees tend to view the company/their job more negatively -Low-level of documentation of standard approaches, policies & procedures -Leadership has a tendency to stick to outdated practices with a "that's how we've always done it" attitude, ignoring the recent growth of the company and compelling reasons to make changes - Glaring disparity in benefits (particularly healthcare) for corporate employees vs. employees working out of Phoenix/Las Vegas offices
