      Pros

      Great people who truly care about quality work and doing things the right way

      Cons

      Sr. Management does not appear to care about people at all. They complicate everything possible and act like the employees are disposable. When we try and give our opinion, they yell and scream at us for opening our mouths and having an opinion on our job.

      You don't have to deal with insurance companies. Electronic records.

      Cons

      Management makes up for being in another state by micromanaging from afar - requiring vacations to be requested 6 months in advance, asking your supervisor why you're a few minutes over on your timeclock, even though they're not going to pay you for the overtime. Inflexible about letting people cover other people's shifts.

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      You will not be trained for the job. You will not be given much time to learn the job. You will need to figure out proprietary software. A little bit of nepotism will be found on the job. Strong fear of being "fired" environment. Very high stress and strife environment. I was employee number 6 for the same role in a very short time. I learned that this ranked as the worst job I have ever had. I have run my own businesses for over 20 plus years and wanted to try something different. I was left appalled and disgusted.
