      Pros

      Never micromanaged, work independently, the staff that comes to work are solid.

      Cons

      Staff give bad reviews regarding management when they are terminated for excessive absenteeism. If you call out weekly, expect to lose your job.

      Management is the worst I ever seen and very disorganized.
