Pros

I loved everything about working for this company. Management was super supportive and available anytime needed. When upper management was needed for big or small issues, everything was handled in such a diplomatic way. Excellent pay, benefits, raises.

Cons

Naphcare was contracted so if the contract changes, you aren't employed with naphcare anymore.

Time off. They did offer a robust 1 month a year time off which for EMS is really good

Cons

The company sucks at communicating,. It's a bunch high schooler trying to one up each other. The mentality isn't to help people it's to "keep people alive".
