      Pros

      This company is very invested in their employees. They provided great learning opportunites and growth. I have been able to learn a lot here and grow my skills in an environment that is not the norm for a nurse. I feel as though I have autonomy and abilities to go to my providers with assessments and they trust the nurses clinical judgement. The bosses are great when things come up and help out in any way they can.

      Pros

      The other employees were helpful and friendly. The orientation and continuing education was meaningful and appropriate could work as much overtime as you wanted

      Cons

      Very difficult shift and work environment. Could not take breaks or difficult to take lunch breaks. Salary was below standard for work that was performed
