The ONLY pro was you received a paycheck.

Cons

It all was bad. I was lied to about the position. Absolutely no training. I knew more than those in charge & although I was consistently asked for help, direction, etc.; there was never any reward/incentive & I was even asked “well what else can you do”, even though I was the go to person.
