Pros

Nascentia Health offers staff occasional flexibility with scheduling, decent pay scale with pay raise, mileage reimbursement, continued education and tuition assistance.

Cons

Management does not care about those below them. No continuity of care for the patients. Last minute scheduling and long commute times. Difficult to get vacation time approved, no parking at the office.

Because our employees are one of our greatest assets, we care greatly about them. Continuity of patient care is also of utmost importance. That said, we always try to achieve balance between staff requests for time off and flexibility within the parameters of delivering quality patient care. Parking is a temporary challenge due to our recent construction and will be remedied once all site work is completed.

Pros

Nascentia Health is an organization that provides exceptional care by truly exceptional people. Staff and employees work together to better the lives of those they serve. The agency values their employees and the work that they do. During the re-branding they made sure that each employee was apart of the excitement!

Cons

During their expansion parking is limited.

Family friendly work environment; forward thinking CEO/President; Growing organization; patient focused; great compensation

Cons

There are none for me. The work life balance is key for me and they do an amazing job with that.
