The independence of scheduling your visits and working from home.

Cons

Management lead me to believe I could ask for help and when I did they used it against me as though I was not able to do my job. Very under staff for amount of enrollments. Not unusual to work 50-60 hours/week on 40 hour salary.

Cons

There are none for me. The work life balance is key for me and they do an amazing job with that.
