Nassau Candy is a company that encourages & rewards hard work. Yes the atmosphere is demanding, but that is why this company has grown every single year that I have been here. In todays world, it is very hard to find a company that offers job stability. Nassau Candy continues to add employees to the company rather than fire employees. I love that everyone at Nassau Candy (including the owners) are always approachable; it gives the office a family like feel. If you want to work hard, be rewarded & have a long successful career, then Nassau Candy is a perfect place!

Watching this grow grow so fast thru the years and knowing I have long time job security. On Long Island that's unheard of. Working hard each day and seeing my contribution makes me proud to be part of this growing comany. Having hands on owners that take time to listen to you and actually care about what happens in our own personal life and try to make the situation better. Imagne that while growing this amazing company their doors are always open. Plus working with the same coworkers for all these years makes coming to work each day like being with my 2nd family. I see such negative comments on here. We would not have so many long time employees here if those comments were true. Yes they expect you to work hard. That's why it's called a job!!
