Generally a good company to work for

Pros

Good people, my colleagues are fantastic. Work Like balance is good. Introduction of more customer focussed approach in a Conduct Risk environment, striving to thinking long terms and 'doing the right thing'.

Cons

Disjointed strategy within different departments and salary and reward packages low in comparison to main competitors. Not much willingness for anything 'outside the box' in terms of pay. Negative media coverage often brings moral down.

Pros

Great career advancement opportunities and personal development. Work-life balance is fair and constant monitoring of your growth as an individual here. Really invest in their people!

Cons

Company has taken somewhat of a reputation beating recently and this transfers into the workplace. Priorities within the company are constantly changing!
