Pros

Work life balance, still have a job and the check didn't bounce.

Cons

No raises, little to no promotion, HR is not engaged, overall morale, over abundance of red tape and approvals, chasing pennies while watching the dollars walk out the door. Everything will be UK focused going forward so the US operations will shrink.

Pros

If you work hard, people will notice you and give you more responsibility to grow your career. Based pay are at market and great PTO policy. It is very hard to find another place with better PTO policy.

Cons

Bonus is limited by British Government (bad business combination when you are controlled by government). No communication between departments. Work in Solo. No horizontal movement to other department after reaching VP level.
