      Pay is competitive. Remote work.

      Cons

      Training program is awful. Leadership refuses to train anyone on the specifics. They lack the ability to give direction. It's more of a 'figure it out on your own and hope for the best' scenario. Multiple occasions of no direction on a project or ask but plenty of criticism at the end. No room for growth.
