      Nice people, interesting products and science. Trying to be current by offering some perks such as free food and drinks. Modern building - easily accessible from 101.

      Cons

      Trying to ramp up business but not enough expertise on how to grow a start-up company. Functional and cross-functional communication is seriously lacking. Assignments zing all over the place in an attempt to put out the latest fire.
