Pros

A lot of young people/new graduates, a lot of new people who want a foot in the door to get job experience. Competitive pay in the area. Workflow is not that difficult. Supportive supervisor and leads on the team. Team will offer 4x10 schedule for anyone who is self-sufficient in doing tasks.

Cons

Can be a little better with paying trainers period. Many operators don’t really want to train due to no compensation.

Decent wages, generous overtime, I thought the supervisors were supportive and wanted you to improve but **snickers** boy was I wrong!

Cons

I've been unemployed for a year and am in danger of losing everything I ever worked for thanks to their carelessness and only finding joy in ruining peoples lives. They lied to me about how they do things, waited until I was consulting with doctors to fix an intense physical pain I was in and went deeper in debt to fix it. They knew of the pain I was in and I'm sure they laughed when I got the call saying I was fired. Which happened right after my consultation. No apologies. No chances to improve. No chances to recover and get my momentum back. They just tossed me out in the worst economy our nation has seen in ages and high-fived about it.
