Pros

Free lunch, basic repetitive tasks, easy, nice clean building in a good area, they’ll hire anyone

Cons

Labs are crowded, lots of gossip, boring, low pay, lots of double standards, if you're a favorite with the leads you can get away with anything, otherwise good luck. You’re stuck with miserable people who enjoy tearing others down to pass the time. They hire literally anyone with minimal screening so expect the worst. Terrible for anyone who wants to be in a professional environment or progress a career.
