Pros

-Diverse, friendly staff -Pay and benefits -Remote work -Unlimited PTO

Cons

-Inefficient and unorganized is an understatement. -Lacks appropriate systems for employees to retrieve work -HEAVY reliance on spreadsheets instead of industry standard software -Almost non-existent training programs for employees to learn their job -Executive staff too involved in frontline staff daily activities -So many meetings that even frontline staff can barely get any work done -Quality reviews are all over the place (inconsistent & inaccurate) There's more but I'll stop here.........overall, the company hasn't mastered how to "work smarter, not harder" and everyone is paying the price as a result.

Pros

Natera has been incredibly responsible and supportive during the coronavirus outbreak. They were among the first to ask people to work from home if they could. The benefits are good, including a good stock purchase program where you can purchase stock at a 15% discount. In my group at least the management team is very supportive.

Cons

Steep learning curve- expectation of being up to speed very quickly.

Pros

The benefits at Natera made it great.

Cons

While working for Natera has been unorganized from management on down. The patient can call in and negotiate prices for their bill. Natera will accept any small amount of money to be able to survive competition. At s drop of a dime, process changes like the weather. The Christmas parties sucked! While putting in blood, sweat and tears to collect more revenue, the appreciation was shown in a brewery with these parties. It never was any bonuses just work, and cleaning up other departments messes. Communication was also horrible between other departments. Whatever works was the new way of getting things done.
