      there are no pros for this company

      Cons

      There are so many problems with this company which are causing such high turnover and burnout of employees. Leadership is clueless and has no idea what they are doing. They continue to make rash decisions without fully thinking things through and when things go wrong (because they always do) they then choose to blame the lower ranking team members. Bullying and mistreatment of employees is rampant and it all starts at the top. On top of the poor leadership is the insane workload. This was never mentioned when interviewing but it soon became very clear that it’s expected that you work as per “business needs”(aka you work way more than contracted hours). I hope this review saves prospective candidates from making the same mistake that I did which was accepting a job at this company.

We encourage any employee who is in need of more clarity on how to balance the demands of work to seek alignment with their manager. Managers can provide input on prioritizing, executing and balancing workload.
