Natera takes pride in providing its employees with healthy meals and flexibility, which are key pillars of our employee experience and benefits. We do understand we have high expectations of our employees and that can be tough. We have grown as a company fairly quickly and know that that can make your day-to-day less consistent. We are trying to accomplish things that no one has done before though, so change will always be part of our culture at Natera.

Thanks for your feedback. We are working in several ways to identify solutions to our attrition. We are taking this very seriously in order to stabilize turnover and improve employee trust and satisfaction. First, we have hired an independent firm to conduct a thorough employee engagement survey which will identify the trending issues that our employees want to be resolved. Secondly, we are expanding our Human Resource team and improving processes to better identify and address these issues and to work with the departments to implement action plans. Finally, in Human Resources, we continue to incorporate best practices and tools to help us to better serve and support our employees. Thanks again for your input and we look forward to meeting our goal to make Natera one of the best places to work in 2017!
