Natera is one of those few companies that actually ensure their work culture stays conducive. Politics, partiality, and favoritism do not exist here. Instead, management works hard to create an informal atmosphere, a close-knit team, and merit-based growth. If you’re ready to work hard and grow, this place is heaven!

Though I wasn’t new to the biotech industry, I was skeptical before joining Natera. Soon after joining, I realized how brilliant the organization really is. From providing us with an excellent salary structure, incentives, and ample vacation time, to helping us grow within the organization, Natera is something else. I spent a good six years here, and I am who I am today because of Natera.
