Look at the pictures of the happy people in the banner photo. Look at the happy employee testimonials on the website, and the promo video. A majority of those people no longer work here. When good people leave a company, when people who have been with a company since the beginning before the huge growth leave a company, what does it say? If you go to interview here, ask everyone about the attrition and you'll find no one can give you a good answer. If they tell you that these people "couldn't cut it", ask why and what that means. Ask what qualities you need so you can "cut it". You won't get any good answers.
I don't feel valued here, and it seems that everyone is replaceable or expendable. The company's culture encourages people to be opportunistic and align yourself with the right people to have any influence. Even if things are going well for you now, your manager/team/department could change in a short course.
