      Pros

      Biotech is a vast industry with numerous companies to choose from. I’m not exaggerating, but Natera is easily one of the best companies around. Their products and tech are awe-inspiring. They genuinely care about their customers and craft products that solve critical issues. For the first time in my career, I was proud of the work we were doing. There are plenty of perks and advantages from an employee standpoint, but to me, making a difference mattered most. Natera is a pioneer.
