      Pros

      While most companies exploit employees and don’t care about their well-being, Natera is the opposite. A company that lives by its fundamentals and does so effortlessly. I was delighted to be part of a company that refuses politics, encourages merit, and helps build efficient teams. Excellent canteen, genuine perks, and flexible vacation time. To sum it up, it was amazing!

      I hope management considers holding more employee-engagement activities.

      Pros

      Natera took me by surprise. I expected another company that focused on profits, with care for little else. Natera showed me what a compassionate company is like. I got to learn from experienced team members. Within 2 years, I was promoted because they value merit and hard work over all else.

      Pros

      I was with Natera for a good five years. During that time, I rose to a senior post, and the journey was indeed a good one. I was groomed, mentored, and taught in my early days, and as I took on more responsibility, several growth opportunities were made available. I was able to learn from the best in the industry and work on game-changing products and technology. Natera is an industry leader for a reason. I had a great stint. If you’re looking for a reliable biotech company to work with, Natera is an excellent choice.
