- The company is not on your side if you complain about a manager. They look at you as the problem. - They have lay offs within departments and lies to the other departments face saying their jobs are "safe" but they have a list of people already in mind to fire - Don't bring a doctors not without clearing stating your restrictions. they will make you work with a burnt hand . - Don't get hurt at the job and have clear restrictions of work . They will not cut your tasks in half , you will still need to meet the required goals in their SOP. - Hr and Management are horrible Communicators - They will find a reason to fire you if you are on a medical restriction from a doctor. They will pretend to be on your side but they whole time they are putting together a plan to fire you without getting sued . I was going to but Karma is already hitting so I'll let her take the rest. - Catering Food is Terrible - They are snacks in the grass
