Cons

This company is horrible. I quit a week ago and as of today NO CHECK for my last two weeks, Every week there was an issue with people deposits. The company is just unorganized MANAGERS INCOMPETENT AS EVER. NO KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO MANAGE A TEAM. They promote by FRIENDSHIP not knowledge of the company.. WARNING RUN NOT WALK TO THE NEXT INTERVIEW... Just piece of crap of a company to work for

Toxic Work Environment

Pros

Pay & Career Advancement Opportunities Highly recommend if you would like to be miserable for your career!

Cons

Not sure I've ever worked in a more hostile work environment across the board. Constant layoffs so Natera can get "Cash Flow Positive" by EOY 2023. "Changing the Way Disease is Managed" but not before we appease our NYSE Shareholders by cutting 250+ employees, artificially raising our stock price by increasing Net Profit from layoffs then management wonders why people quit caring. They don't care about you or the patients that they serve. Back to the hostile work environment, the oncology division is home to the most toxic, unprofessional snobs I've ever worked with. From division president to Area Directors, you will find the most entitled, self-centered & absorbed people you've ever worked for. If you were spared in the layoffs from other business units, prepare to be punished, ethically degraded & drug through the dirt over something you had no control over. They will make your life a living purgatory until you resign or they ultimately lay you off. All current employees are just awaiting the next round of layoffs, but they said there won't be another round (Like they said 3 months ago). Also, good luck if you are a new hire. Multiple associate representatives I knew were LET GO AFTER THREE TO FOUR MONTHS. THEY DIDNT EVEN FINISH TRAINING,LEFT GREAT JOBS AND GOT LET GO SO NATERA CAN NET POSITIVE CASH FLOW. HORRIFFIC BUSINESS ETHICS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. Oncology business unit is full of toddlers, adult children & everything is a massive contest. Managers bragging about what they make, sharing other reps commissions, shaming of other employees with horriffic language, constant micromanagement & check ins. Prepare to be bullied, stepped on, & treated like yesterdays trash. Multiple toxic managers, area directors, & regional directors (You know who you are). You have been warned.

Pros

I have nothing good to say about the company

Cons

the culture is different the Leader do not communicate with the associates. they are not aware of the road blocks they are only concentrating on the end result. the processes changes everyday. every day is a new day and new process and what ever you have done is no longer effective. During the All hands meeting everyone are forced to attend and play game. many processes are broken yet we are learning about how to cope with stress.

Thank you for your feedback, we’re sorry to hear you’ve had a less than satisfactory experience working with us. We have a rigorous hiring process to ensure a positive company culture, however, we appreciate your honesty and will keep this feedback in mind as we expand the company. Please feel free to reach out with any other issues that weren't addressed. Thanks, JE - recruitinggh@natera.com
