Five days schedule. Other than that, nothing else.

I would not recommend working here. Management was inconsistent, communication was often unclear, and disciplinary actions felt unfair and disproportionate. Employees were held to changing expectations without adequate coaching or support. The work environment was stressful, and concerns raised by employees did not always seem to be addressed appropriately. While some coworkers were supportive, the overall culture left much to be desired. There appeared to be a lack of transparency in decision making, and employee morale suffered as a result. I left feeling undervalued and disappointed by how workplace issues were handled.
