At times Company Support would lack. Hard to get support from others in Company once training was complete. Manager was great. But not always available, which is explainable

- Values are shared and encouraged throughout the company - Promotion and Internal Hiring comes first - Leadership and transparency. (*Quarterly Company-wide meetings) - People. There are great coworkers who respect what you do - A good reputation, where clients respect what we do - They are always looking for new ways to grow and be the biggest name in the industry.

Cons

- Pay can be low depending on where you live, conservative about raises. - Company is new to working remotely, so there are some growing pains - There are turnover issues, with people coming and going, so this causes frustration over lack of knowledge in some departments' teams.
