Pros

I loved all my co-workers and the vice president of operations invited me to his house to get to know him along with another co-worker. All around great place to work! Great People, Great Environment, and they provide free soda and popcorn and have nachos every Friday to help make the employee's happy.

Cons

At times work could be exhausting and hard to catch up. They re-organized which seemed to help a lot.

Fast Growth is hindering customer service

Pros

Family-friendly culture. Monthly meetings keep employees apprised of financials, goal progression, new and lost clients, and events for celebration. Employees care about each other and the success of the company. Salaries are on the high end.

Cons

Because it is family-owned, nepotism is rampant. Executives are young, all male, and some lack business experience. They are so busy growing the business that customer service is weakened, and employees are overworked.
