Long hours and little direction. Little training, bad management. Basically every bad thing a corporation can do they have done.

Everything else. Toxic management, little onboard training. Extremely long hours because your manager doesn’t know how to get her work together. They don’t care about you at all just that you tell them what they want to hear.

Our managers and employees are trained on our "Culture of Accountability" . Unfortunately, there are times where the business needs may require us to work longer hours than expected but employees are able to balance this when the needs are not as demanding. Again, I apologize that your experience was not what we would have desired for you but wish you the best in your future endeavors.
