All leaders within the company participate in The Leadership Journey Program, which covers a number of topics that are critical for a leader. Unfortunately, we have experienced some turnover but NDCP is committed to hiring and retaining top talent.

PTO, health insurance and other benefits. Peers are great people, we can work remotely.

Cons

No cost of living increases to combat inflation. No chance to promote within our department yet certain other departments get internal promotions and new positions created on a consistent basis. You work a lot of overtime and it’s just a given.
