1yThank you for your review. I apologize that your experience with NDCP was not pleasant. NDCP has a strong culture of accountability. Our managers are trained and evaluated on managing operations and compliance. We also have several avenues for employees to bring their concerns to management. I hope that you were able to address your concerns prior to your departure.
