Growth and opportunities. The culture has evolved since I joined the company 3 years ago. Everyone communicates effectively and works together towards company goals.

Cons

If you don't have a strong work ethic, this is not the company for you. As a customer service driven company, our Client is our number one priority. You have to have customer service skills for internal and external customers always. You have to be committed to the job responsibilities to achieve perfect order.

Our managers are trained and evaluated on managing operations and compliance. We also have several avenues for employees to bring their concerns to management. Ensuring employees a great experience is a part of our company culture. Our managers and employees are trained on our "Culture of Accountability". Unfortunately, there are times where the business needs may require us to work longer hours than expected but employees are able to balance this when the needs are not as demanding. Again, I apologize that your experience was not what we would have desired for you but wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pay is average. Home time is also average. 10 hours off.

Cons

Management lies. Senior drivers run the office cause management can't handle doing their jobs. Everytime corporate is there it's ship shape when they leave the place is a mess again 0/10 for management
