Cons

-Toxic work culture -Manager was good at his tasks but horrible at management -Told I couldn't do training key to my designated project during work hours -Incredible turnover for a corporate position (overall much more stable than DC positions)-- manager had lost or fired 4 people in less than 2 years

We are proud to say that we offer a competitive benefit package to our employees and some plan offerings are better than the market. NDCP is proud to be a great place to work and it is disappointing to hear that you saw it as just a job. We do work long hours at times to get the job done and appreciate employees who go above and beyond. We have a number of programs in place to award and recognize employees for their performance.
