Pay and benefits are the only pros for that place. This place is overall a terrible place

Cons

They make the dispatchers do everything and when I say everything I mean everything. They do the customer service job and contact the customers, the yard jockey job and do fuel checks every 2 hrs, the drivers jobs they do a post trip on the tractor and trailer everytime a driver arrives, type up send out delays and confirm drivers yes this is calling everyday and then wake them up for their shift 30mins early with a call. This is not even the beginning. I quit asap oh and one of the dispatchers was doing like a payroll type thing too.

VP and Management is a Joke and have no experience as leaders. You will be bullied, micromanaged and retaliated on from management if you are not favored. HR sides with management with this behavior and could care less. You will be overworked and under paid while performing the job duties of 6 people. You have no voice or opinion unless its office gossip and your sex life and men. You are nothing more to management but there bonuses at the end of the year. This company has a high turnovers for a reason. You will be belittled, cursed out and called names on the calls with franchisee for no reason. The company could care less about this behavior because the franchisee owns shares with the company. Please look anywhere else than here.

Good pay,new equipment,Co workers were friendly cuz everyone knows its a hard job

Cons

Managment treats Getting the donuts delivered is more important than drivers coming home safe. Ice storm, tornado warnings doesn't matter you gotta run... no way to advance in the company without a degree. 15 years experience means nothing compared to a kid outta college...
