Great pay and benefits after 90 days. Hours are long but the raise makes it worth it.

Cons

The management here has no idea what they're doing. Theres no communication to employees and you're guilty if something goes wrong, even if your slightly involved. Favoritism is at its best here, so the only way to move up is to suck up to the managers. This place only cares about numbers so if something stalls your rates be prepared to get written up. The expectations are unrealistic to make, but the system says otherwise.

Poisonous atmosphere - too many employees at positions that they were not qualified for - everyone was running around like chickens with their heads cut off - corporate headquarters mico-managed distribution centers too closely - upper management was a revolving door.

Pay is good. Benefits are good. Some great people work at the company.

Cons

Leadership is a joke in the IT department. Leading is a verb that carries responsibility. Favoring the staff that tell you what you want to hear, allowing blatant disrespect of coworkers and NO management creates a horrible work environment. But, if you are 'in the boys club', you might be ok.
