Pros

The pay is great. If you are willing to work you can make money. Been with Natdcp for years and never made less than 85k. As for the Benefits they are the best in the area. You have to be willing to work. Company is changing direction for the better and excited to see the future of NDCP here in Greensboro, NC.

Cons

Not knowing when you are working, this is due to the fact of not enough drivers. But I understand what and where this is all going.

Great benefits!!! That is the main thing that will probably keep you wanting to work this position longevity wise. Also gets paid weekly.

Cons

Long hours work each week Could possibly layover in a hotel weekly Definitely going to have a fluctuating schedule Definitely will be coming in between 12 midnight to 7am daily

This place is a joke!! Put in my 15 years, and took every opportunity possible to grow within the company! Never stole product, owned up to my responsibilities! And that was not enough to keep a loyal employee in the numerous positions available!! This is not a place to feel comfortable at! As soon as you're hired you're on notice waiting to be terminated!!! Basically, they pay well. So they treat their employees like scum But it wasn't always that way......

Cons

No stability in schedule, union has been one step in the door waiting until this company implodes or they get a chance finally to help employees be heard!
