Free Coffee and Donuts. Average pay for a food service distribution company in the mid-west. New equipment with People Net computer system.

Cons

Management at National DCP does not have a clear sense of direction. Managers are rude and disrespectful to employees. The Company does not promote from with in and hires people that do not have any experience or common sense. Company is reactive not proactive, Driver is expected to do anything and everything.

They hire anybody off the street with no education or experience to dispatch or be management. Management has absolutely no communication with one another. If you have an issue no one will answer the phone. If someone from management does answer the phone or return your phone call they have no clue how to resolve a simple issue. If you need something done you have to play phone tag within management. Our loads are loaded wrong or backward and given very little time to deliver. The windows they set for you are unrealistic. The equipment is all less than satisfactory. Oh yeah I forgot to mention office personnel come to work still drunk from the night before and will answer the phone if it is someone that they like.
