Great Benefits package. work/ life balance is very positive here.

Cons

Favoritism very predominant here. Leadership is very much like a bunch of PTA Moms who struggle with control issues.

Great pay, new equipment. Easy work with little travel expenses. Free from working everyday is another bonus. Company has profit sharing as well.

Cons

Poor management lacks communication skills. Routes are poorly dispatched and often times loads are incorrect with pallets poorly wrapped and often turned over. Management doesn't know how to talk to people professionally.

Family type environment. Lovely co-workers, Of course free donuts and coffee...

Cons

Bad and terrible immediately Level managers especially in Member services. Retaliation when employees voice out opinion, Employees unlawfully terminated and Top management does nothing about it. Favoritism. Employees know the job far better than Managers.Low pay.
