They hire anybody off the street with no education or experience to dispatch or be management. Management has absolutely no communication with one another. If you have an issue no one will answer the phone. If someone from management does answer the phone or return your phone call they have no clue how to resolve a simple issue. If you need something done you have to play phone tag within management. Our loads are loaded wrong or backward and given very little time to deliver. The windows they set for you are unrealistic. The equipment is all less than satisfactory. Oh yeah I forgot to mention office personnel come to work still drunk from the night before and will answer the phone if it is someone that they like.

Cons

Bad and terrible immediately Level managers especially in Member services. Retaliation when employees voice out opinion, Employees unlawfully terminated and Top management does nothing about it. Favoritism. Employees know the job far better than Managers.Low pay.

Free donuts and coffee daily, and that has changed all the temps fill their purses with our free perks.

Cons

Office culture is no direction not even an employee manual. If you do something wrong you will be treated like you murdered someone. Even if it is a very simple issue. I had a family emergency and I was belittled and written up the next week like I had stole company secrets. If you are sick you better come to work and infect everyone. People poop on the floor in this place. It's that bad and most of the C level have issues with their managers screaming like toddlers at their staff. No management no direction and no money.
