Pros

One of the best parts about working at NDR is knowing that you’re helping people who are going through a difficult financial situation. The training is thorough, and there’s always something new to learn, especially if you’re willing to put in the effort. My team has been supportive, and the coaching has helped me continue improving. I also like that there are opportunities to earn commissions based on your performance, and it feels rewarding when you can make a real difference in a client’s life. The job can definitely challenge you, but it also helps you build strong communication and sales skills that you can use throughout your career.

Cons

Like any sales role, there can be pressure to meet performance goals, and it may take some time to feel confident with the process. The learning curve can be challenging in the beginning because there’s a lot of information to absorb, but the training and coaching help you improve over time. If you’re willing to stay motivated, ask questions, and keep learning, it can be a great opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Pros

The onboarding and training process is incredible! The Training Officers do an incredible job at clearing explaining your role as well make you understand the importance of what this company does. This is not just another sales job. Truly the way the clients react when you’ve saved them hundreds every month and thousands over time is the most rewarding experience! The commissions and spiffs are nice too!

Cons

I wish the role was simply a better hourly pay instead of relying on commissions. While there is incredible opportunity to make money here it over throws the true nature of the company’s values for compassion and care. Most agents get wrapped up in the sale instead of the human behind the call. And when you have a bad month it hits hard due to the base pay dropping significant the longer you are here.
