Pros

Amazing onboard and initial training program. Can earn a good commission with tons of extra SPIFFs and contests. You get to make good money, while actually doing good for customers that are in hard financial situations. Overtime is offered often and highly encouraged Group "Hotseats" (training/roleplay) on a regular basis

Cons

Can be difficult with a family schedule only because you might get a client on the line 5 minutes before the end of your shift. System issues on a regular basis (but they usually resolve quickly) No real one-on-one coaching structure/conversations. Support Teams seem to be understaffed regularly.

Pros

Working as a sales agent at National Debt Relief offers uncapped commission potential, solid training, remote work, and good benefits, plus the satisfaction of helping people get out of debt with clear paths for promotion.

Cons

Close monitoring of calls/activity and limited bathroom breaks during shifts. It’s a solid option for someone who thrives in sales and can handle the grind, but not for someone seeking a low-stress, steady-paycheck role.

Pros

Co-workers were intelligent and easy to work with.

Cons

Avoid working in the digital marketing department. It's VP is a company-man through and through. He acts like he supports you, but will do anything to protect himself. Expect non-stop requests to build decks that tell leadership what they want to hear. The next round of layoffs always around the corner. And yet you'll be asked to put on a smiling face and not bring down team morale. Leadership will be quick to tell you what's wrong in your work, but not offer help or support to improve. And there is no system for constructive upward feedback, because if there's an issue, its on junior employees to solve it or leave. Be careful with reading this company's reviews. Many are manufactured by HR. Look for the long and thoughtful reviews of the company.
